Terms of Service

Liquid Call Partners LLC routes exclusive, live service calls to licensed home-service contractors. Each call goes to one contractor — calls are not shared or resold. You are billed per connected call that lasts 45 seconds or longer. There are no contracts, retainers, or setup fees.

To receive calls through our service, you must:

• Hold an active license for your trade in the territories you serve
• Carry active liability insurance
• Have a verified Google Business Profile with reviews
• Answer calls live during your stated business hours

We verify these requirements during onboarding and may pause routing if a requirement lapses.

Your flat per-call rate is quoted during onboarding, before any billing begins. You are charged only for real connected calls. You are not charged for hang-ups, wrong numbers, or robocalls.

Every billed call is recorded. If you believe a call was billed in error, you have 7 days from the billing date to dispute it. We review the call recording and remove the charge if the call did not meet our billing standard.

You can pause or cancel call routing at any time, with no penalty and no cancellation fee. There is no minimum term. When you cancel, billing stops — you only owe for qualifying calls already delivered.

We assign one contractor per ZIP code per trade. While your territory is active and your account is in good standing, we do not route calls for your trade in that ZIP code to any other contractor. If you pause or cancel, your territory may be offered to another qualified contractor.

You agree not to:

• Resell, forward, or share calls we route to you
• Misrepresent your license, insurance, or service capabilities to callers
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with our call-routing or recording systems

We may suspend or end service for violations of these terms.

We do not guarantee any specific call volume, revenue, or business outcome. Call volume depends on demand in your territory, seasonality, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquid Call Partners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
